What you’ll do:

·       Collaboration with customer representatives to elicit real needs and define possible solution;

·       Analysis and specification of functional requirements in form of Use Cases or User Stories;

·       Development of functional and technical designs;

·       Management of requirements lifecycle, analysis of change requests;

·       Alignment of solution scope and design with other project streams;

·       Support of DEV, QA and UI/UX teams on all project stages;

·       Identifying of functional gaps in product's requirements and designs;

·       Planning and monitoring of BA activities, increasing effectiveness of tasks execution.

·       Minimum 3 years of work experience as Business or System Analyst;

·       Knowledge of business analysis activities and software development processes;

·       Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;

·       Work experience in Telecom and/or eCommerce domain is desirable;

·       Experience of working in large geographically distributed teams;

·       Knowledge of English (upper-intermediate or higher);

·       Skills in using of JIRA, Confluence, MS Office.
