Mission
Your mission is simple — build a system that consistently delivers 150+ hires in 3
months.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll own the full funnel: from recruiting to
onboarding, team coordination, process automation, and everything in between.
What You’ll Own
 Lead high-volume hiring campaigns, especially for real estate brokers and frontline
sales roles
Build a structured recruiting funnel with clear qualification logic and KPIs
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, sourcers, and HR coordinators
Optimize outreach channels (Telegram, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
Oversee onboarding and ramp-up flows — reduce early attrition and increase speed-
to-productivity
Set up and continuously improve ATS/CRM tools, dashboards, SOPs
Coordinate with team leads, sales trainers, and operations to sync hiring with training
and pipeline needs
Prepare contracts, offer letters, and signing workflows
Build a system, not chaos
Who You Are
 You’ve personally led hiring of 50+ people/year, ideally in sales, agency, or real
estate
 You’ve built and managed hiring teams (2+ recruiters)
 You’re structured, system-driven, and obsessed with funnel metrics
You think in playbooks, workflows, dashboards — and can build them from scratch
You’re fluent in ATS/CRM/ops tools (Huntflow, CleverStaff, Notion, ClickUp, Pipefy,
Trello, etc.)
 You’re comfortable working in high-pressure, fast-changing environments
Fluent English (B2-C1). Based anywhere, but responsive and hands-on.
