Our AI-powered technology and natural parallax effects in VR enable the indistinguishable transfer of real events into the digital world, delivering a feeling of truly being there. As pioneers of this new type of content, we don't see ourselves competing with Netflix, but rather with offline events.
Applications? Imagine watching a UFC fight right in the octagon, examining the latest Prada collection right on the runway, or having Jamie Oliver in your kitchen and following his instructions in AR mode.
Experienced core team. Our previous projects carved out its own market and reshaped user behavior patterns. After being acquired a few years ago, and now that our lockup period has ended, we are set on building the future of digital experiences.
Who Are Looking For:
An experienced Brand Marketing Leader with a passion for building consumer-centric global brands and proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns internationally.
What You'll Be Doing:
In our first year, we're introducing our tech to the world. So, we're laser-focused on wide user outreach and cost effective user acquisition.
  • Strategy: Develop our marketing strategy and execute insights-driven brand and product marketing efforts that build affinity and engagement with our audiences.
  • Media and community: Use the high viral potential of our tech to the max, making sure we get global press coverage, tech influencers' support, and attention from the VR community.
  • Product: Influence product strategy and roadmap through testing and insights, and building effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Stores: Build strong collaborative relationships with marketing and content teams Meta and Apple to maximize the featuring opportunities and support in the stores with the backing of our CEO (meet Georgii)
  • Collaborations/ partnerships: Dream up and deliver collaborations with top brands that will show off our tech to a wide audience.
  • Marketing Budgets: Get third-party budgets for these collaborations in case they are pricey.
  • User Acquisition: Try out various channels of user acquisition and marketing campaigns that resonate with our ICP and convert effectively.
You're Perfect for This Role If:
  • You've got an outstanding track record, but you're still ready to get your hands dirty. We don't want a leader who just has high-level ideas and slides; we need someone who can push us forward every day in try-and-error mode.
  • You have proven experience developing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns (online/offline, web, events), including both brand-building and acquisition marketing initiatives within the consumer tech industry.
  • You have experience in developing collaborations and alliances with industry leaders including business development efforts.
  • You're able to connect the dots between the business, product strategy and brand strategy, and extract true insights that translate into inspiring briefs that spark world class creativity.
  • You prefer the equity option and fast-paced work more than insurance, gym pass, and lunch allowance. We're taking off, so this is a great chance to join us at the beginning and grow with us.
Location:
We’re good if you join us from almost any location, but expect flexibility to later move to London or the US if needed.
