Junior-middle product manager

 We are seeking a Junior/Middle Product Manager to join our dynamic Partners & Distribution team. In this role, you will focus on enhancing the efficiency of our sales operations. You'll contribute to building and improving tools that empower our sales agents, streamline operations, and accelerate the expansion of our partner network. This is an exciting opportunity to work on performance and operations-focused initiatives within a fast-growing fintech startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Projects: Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of tools and processes to boost sales team efficiency.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, R&D, stakeholders, and external contractors to define project goals and ensure successful implementation.
  • Develop MVPs: Create and validate minimum viable products, even with minimal resources, to solve immediate business needs.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collect and analyze business requirements, distill actual needs, and translate them into detailed business processes, use cases, and designs.
  • Task Management: Write clear and actionable tasks for development teams, oversee execution, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards through testing.
  • Implement and Optimize: Deploy solutions and refine them based on initial feedback and performance metrics.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define, monitor, and interpret dashboards and reports to track project success and identify improvement areas.

What we expect from candidate

  • Proficient Excel, SQL, Python (nice to have)
  • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks visualization tools, Python libs).
  • Experience in work with financial products, especially credit products would be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a related field is a plus
