About us

What you will do:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Marketing roles, from sourcing to hiring.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Conduct interviews in both Russian and English to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.

Our ideal candidate:

• Native Russian speaker with advanced proficiency in English.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the Sales and Marketing sectors.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidates in both Russian and English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
