Middle PR Account Manager

This is a full-time, remote role as a Middle PR Account Manager at 25/8 PR Agency. You will personally manage up to three clients, conduct and organize Q&A sessions, develop PR strategies, and maintain relationships with journalists in the tech and business sectors. We work with tools like Asana, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Docs, with a focus on transparent and regular communication with clients and the team.

- Conduct individual Q&A sessions and create PR plans
- Prepare technical specifications for writers and ensure content quality
- Work with journalists: understand specialized tech and business media, select appropriate formats and topics for each journalist, and pitch effectively
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and maintain high customer service standards
- Deeply understand the client’s product and help with public positioning
- Research competitors, market trends, and generate creative concepts and PR integrations
- Prepare reports in a timely manner using Asana, Google Spreadsheets, and Google Docs
- Provide daily updates to the team and write a weekly status report on client activities

- 2-3 years of experience in PR for the US and European markets (experience in the MENA region is a plus)
- Proven successful case studies
- Fluent English
- Ability to work independently; full client management (excluding contracts, invoices, and other paperwork)
- Strong communication skills; assertive in defending your point of view with clients and journalists
- Knowledge of specialized business and tech journalists
- Strong writing intuition and style
- Results-oriented approach
