Creative Producer

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with Marketing & Design to help them achieve the best results.
• Working with different projects: brand strategy, marketing campaigns, digital, merchandise, employer branding, etc.
• Develop external teams of designers, illustrators and copywriters who fit our projects best.
• Author and manage creative development and overall project timelines, ensuring all parties understand the brief and the right key players are seeing the work before it's out there.
• Proactively identify next steps for the entire team and individuals to stay on track and within scope.
• Monitor day-to-day milestones, review schedules, anticipating creative needs and additional resources, facilitating feedback, helping to ensure creative quality and drive projects throughout delivery.
• Work with the creative teams and creative leadership in the in-between moments identifying milestones necessary for creatives to reach their next checkpoint.
• Foresees any roadblocks or issues and notifies the team of resourcing issues, delivery status, and/or changes in schedule.

Who are you:

• Must have 2-3+ years of experience in agency, design studio, or relevant in-house marketing team experience.
• Ability to balance multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• You care about your teams, provide motivation and support.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with marketing campaigns, integrated productions, and branding.
• Strong sense of responsibility, logical, meticulous, aspiring, and values teamwork.
• Good interpersonal skills to work with teams from across departments and markets.
• English skills that will allow you to work with our global marketing team and experts from around the world.
