Junior Account Manager (Telco)

We are looking for 2019/2020/2021 graduates with a university degree, who are:

— Passionate about technology
— Eager to meet new challenges
— Fluent in English and/or Chinese
— Ready to constantly learn, develop and grow
— Able to join our office in Moscow as a full-time employee (Mon to Fri 9:30 to 18:00).
After enrolling the program you will take part in an intensive training and start working on a real project in 3 to 6 months. This kind of opportunity isn’t often presented to graduates fresh out of university. At Huawei, however, we provide plenty of support to help to set you up for success.
You will be working with different customers and product categories as a part of a customer-focused team, turning your passion for technologies into the valuable projects. You will learn about the Telecom industry in Russia, products configurations to ensure the products are commercially viable and make change for our customers.
You will work side by side with the experienced team, get a training in: Networks, Customer Support, Hardware installation, Sales and visit at least 2 sites in your first 6 months. After completing the training you will join our team as a Junior Account Manager and will be in charge for:
Fostering customer relationship: continuously proposie solutions that meet their objectives, resolve any issues and problems faced by customers;
Leading sales projects: setting up project team, making project strategy, monitoring and executing project progress;
Handling end-to-end transactions: identifying risks, ensuring contract quality, and monitoring the quality of contract fulfillment;
Coordinating the market development activities: attracting more clients and partners, as well as improving the products competitiveness.
Required:
Have graduated with a university degree in 2019/2020/2021;
Good written and verbal communication in English;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
