Project Manager

Gismart is a leading developer and publisher of mobile games and entertainment-focused apps with over 600 million downloads.
Responsibilities
Onboarding new employees
1-1 with the team, conducting PR and PP, collecting feedback on people, conducting retro, responsibility for team relationships
General PM meetings + filling in PM documentation (htp report, capital dock, doc on tasks for a month, wiki on projects, and more)
Evaluating the team’s speed, collecting statistics on tasks and bugs for each person in the team, etc.
Maintaining a daylik, help with organizing team meetings
Localization tasks
Requirements
Release planning, management and time control
Effective management of the project team, resource management, focus on the growth of the team’s velocity
Understanding of business processes, business priorities and the ability to convey these goals to the team
Management and conflict resolution
Working with Jira, and Confluence
Agile knowledge
Scrum / Kanban experience
Worked in IT for 1-3 years
Experience working in a team
Will be a plus
Analytical mindset, attention to detail
English language skills are at a sufficient level (task description is in English)
Working in product teams
Relevant education
Experience in starting projects from 0
