· Agency experience, with position not less than group head or unit director
· Digital experience (agency or supplier side)
· Team management, not less than 3-5 people on the team
· Experience and expertise in building digital-driven products
· Product-building experience (mobile, e-commerce, or data-based products)
· Understanding of machine learning and experience in data management
Job requirements
· Deep understanding of data – data sources, applications, contracts and legal side, ability to communicate around data;
· Skills in data representation, ability to read data, and form data views that provide insights to in-house teams working on products, marketing, or sales;
· Huge contact book on digital side – suppliers and service providers;
· Deep understanding of data regulation, ability to find ways to make sure that company extracts most value out of available data while keeping risks at the minimum;
· Ability to communicate with IT teams (in-house and/or outsourced) in their own language, including design documents;
· Deep knowledge of project management process and ability to set up product or project-building routines from scratch;
· Experience around e-commerce: understanding market players, channel models (1p / 3p), knowledge of logistics and supply chain, understanding value chain for both seller and marketplace / e-commerce;
· Knowledge of advertising ecosystem – starting from DMP/warehouses to DSPs and CRM provides, including contacts at publishers to drive forth the product change on publisher side to best fit the company’s needs;
· Ability to manage agency teams, and experience in this field;
· Knowledge of, and ability to manage, asset development process for advertising, including in-house team (assets production, copy, etc)
· Attention to detail;
· Fluent English;
· Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
