E-commerce Manager

E-commerce Manager is responsible for non-price promo and impulse purchase stimulation, shopper activation strategy. His/her responsibility includes creating and delivering levers of effective non-promo activities in line with Shopper profile.
In this role you will be responsible for the following processes:
Categorization and priority groups identification of potential customers for the activities development that contribute to the expansion of the market sales in e-commerce customers;
Assessment of the market development prospects in e-commerce, company's prospects for the development and conquest of the market; strategy development for the activation in e-commerce customers;
Developing success picture and representation standards for e-commerce customers;
Leading and developing of success picture and representation standards for e-commerce customers;
Leading and development of proposals to increase company sales in short -, medium- and long-term planning for e-commerce customers;
Planning and realization of trade-marketing events and customized programs for the year, quarter, month;
Leading and development of the concept, plans, budgets of trade-marketing activities and their implementation;
Evaluating the effectiveness of shopper activations;
Creation, development and placement of web-banners, brand zones, tailored mechanics visualization;
Development and launch of customized activation programs in the client;
Leading of customers negotiations in shopper marketing projects.

Higher education: economics, marketing;
FMCG experience, 3 or more years - trade marketing or sales in e-commerce channel (in preference FMCG non-food);
Mature analytical skills;
Artistic abilities;
PPT high level, Excel Intermediate level;
Strong negotiating, communication and presentation skills;
Upper-Intermediate English.
