Tech Presale / Support Engineer

Буду делать
Provide technical support and consultations for end-users of the platform (Zendesk Support, community forum, Zoom calls, etc).
Run technical demonstrations of the platform to clients (pre-sale demo).
Acquire and document feedback from the users “in the field” for product management.
Collect the data about existing known issues, write articles in the knowledge base and community posts with methods to resolve them.

English - Written: Advanced, Spoken: Fluent. You will be talking to clients for a fair amount of time and explain how to solve clients’ real automation tasks by means of the platform.
Responsible, responsive, empathetic, willing to help, ready to resolve issues.
Experience in Javascript (preferred) or experience in any scripting programming language and willingness to understand and sometimes create code.
Experience in using bug-tracking systems.
Willingness and ability to learn fast.
Nice to have:
Advanced using of Windows:
OS installation;
Services & applications installation;
Development tools installation/configuration;
Log searching and parsing;
Remote administration tools;
Remote troubleshooting;
Any automation methods and tools;
Experience in working with VMs (Virtual Box, Parallels, remote VMs etc.).
Understanding of client-server software architecture.
Understanding REST API paradigm.
Understanding of modern automation tools.
