Inbound Sales Assistant

Hi! We are a European company specializing in wellness, longevity & bio-hacking equipment. Due to our growth, we are looking for a proactive manager to handle warm inbound leads with English proficiency.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Promptly processing inbound leads in English;
  • Conducting qualification based on a checklist;
  • Answering initial client inquiries;
  • Passing qualified leads to the sales team;
  • Following up with leads in the database;
  • Entering and updating information in the CRM system.
This is not a customer support role, it is a structured entry point into professional sales. After 3–6 months, there is a realistic opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager role, depending on the pace of learning and individual progress.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong discipline and a high level of responsibility;
  • Fluent English (B2+ or higher);
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus;
  • Sales skills, including handling objections;
  • A proactive mindset and a strong desire to increase income;
  • Previous experience in sales, a call center, or customer support is an advantage.
