Performance Marketing Manager
Own paid campaigns, build funnels, and drive real estate lead generation. Perfect for performance marketers who think in CPL, CAC, and ROI.
Type: Full-time
Location: Remote, working hours 09:00–18:00 Dubai time (Mon–Fri)
Fixed salary: up to $2,500/month (gross)
Trial period: 1 month (can be terminated by either party at any time)
Post-trial: Performance review after 3 months with bonus potential
🎯 Mission:
Deliver a stable flow of high-quality leads with profitable unit economics and a short deal cycle.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the launch of ad campaigns on Meta and Google for real estate projects — working closely with designers and traffic specialists, with full responsibility for performance and results
Build and optimize the entire sales funnel: ad → landing page → CRM → sale
Track and improve key metrics: CPL, CPM (cost per meeting), CAC, deal cycle
Formulate, test, and analyze marketing hypotheses
Gather feedback from the sales team and implement improvements in the funnel and messaging
Analyze landing performance and prepare clear technical briefs for the design team
Work hand-in-hand with sales leads, creatives, and traffic teams to meet campaign and sales targets
Automate routine processes and implement improvements for operational efficiency
Report clearly and regularly to the founders and sales teams

You own the performance funnel from first click to booked meeting
You make fast, data-driven decisions and optimize for ROI
You propose improvements to offers, creatives, and funnels based on performance metrics
You’re focused on impact and numbers — not on micromanaging creatives or traffic
📌 Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing
English level: B2 or higher
Strong analytical mindset and understanding of unit economics
Proven cases of successful campaigns — a big plus
Experience in real estate marketing — fast track to hire
