Business Developer (Sales)

Hi 👋🏽! We are Humans, building the future of work.
We are trying to reinvent the way to discover jobs in web3. We will launch a whole new way of referring great people to great jobs.
Now we're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our ambitious team.
We are going to simplify every step in the recruitment process for companies in the web3 world. We collected best practices in EGC, referral hiring, and employer branding in our product. Now we're assembling a global team of excellent, all-rounded people to create a product with real impact.

We are trying to help people discover their new career in web3, even if they have never thought about it. Everyone in the team cares about the product and communicates with users daily. We don't just replicate something that has already been made, we are building the product that we think will be useful to millions of users.
Secondly, we are extremely fast. We use no-code technologies to have the shortest time to market. In every step, we try to simplify the final result for users. Everyone in the team affects the design and development process.

We are a small and tight-knit team of 5 and have built some products in hr-tech and ed-tech before. We are addicted to building the future of work for humans. So now we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our ambitious team.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Focus on new clients and sales. Your key result is the company's revenue. At first, you will need to sell a lot on your own — meet with customers, prepare offers for them, collect feedback and be responsible for the execution of your offers;
  • Collect market data before and during customer outreach to understand prospective customer needs and effectively communicate those needs;
  • You will be responsible for the happiness of all our clients, you have to closely interact with our customer success team;
  • Provide regular feedback on sales activities to the product tea

What we’re expecting from you:

  • 3+ years experience working in BD or Sales role (successful experience in B2B sales is mandatory);
  • Fluent English to hold confident business negotiations (C1);
  • We also take into account relevant experience in media sales;
  • We expect a proactive and independent position. We want a brave person who knows how to deal with clients;
  • We expect this person to learn fast & have a thirst for knowledge;
  • The ability to understand the challenges our clients face and clearly articulate the company value proposition & use cases;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High level of self-motivation, growth mindset, and responsibility. Ability to work both independently and in a team in fast-changing conditions.
