Deluxe Interactive is currently searching for a Social Media Account Manager with strong communication and management skills.
Account manager is responsible for all activities related to supporting clients.
Our clients: Lavazza, Coty (Wella Professionals, Wella Hair Retail), AB InBev Efes & many others.
Responsibilities:
· Day-to-day client management;
· Provide proactive and reactive support to clients through all possible interaction methods;
· Team management of regular meetings, recurring tasks, and project deliverables;
· Proactively proposing creative strategies for helping clients achieve their organizational goals— study a client’s goalsand challenges and propose digital-based solutions;
· Communicate and follow up with clients and internal departments in a deadline driven environment;
· Recommend business and process improvements based on client interactions and feedback;
· Partners with team to provide general administrative support, client documentation, reports, and other tools necessary toensure timely client service is provided to all agency clients.
Requirements:
· Proven high standards of client support and service;
· Knowledge of major and emerging social media platforms, digital trends, and best practices;
· Interest in a variety of subject areas;
· Articulate and intelligent, with strong writing and presentation skills;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Ability to organize and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, high-volume environment;
· Attentive to detail;
· Flexible, driven, creative and passionate about the communications industry.
Terms:
· Compensation based on experience.
