SMM Manager

We are looking for talented SMM Manager, who will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business goals, develop ideas, create and / or manage creation of regular reels with high-viral potential.


SoMe Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing and business goals. Lead the creation of content calendars, campaigns, and initiatives for various social platforms. Identify emerging trends and opportunities in social media and integrate them into the overall strategy.
Content Creation and Management:
Oversee and develop engaging and creative content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics across all social media platforms. Review and approve content, ensuring it adheres to quality and brand guidelines. Develop ideas, create and / or manage creation of regular reels with high-viral potential.
Agency, creators and third party management:
Manage on a regular basis the work of the SMM agency, creators, freelancers (if needed) ensuring the proposed content is aligned with the brand and content strategy and brand identity.
Team and cross-functional management:
Build effective relationships within the team and manage the cross functional relationships to ensure company news (incl news, partnerships, achievements and plans) are turned into effective content in social media.
Community Engagement and Customer Relations:
Foster meaningful interactions with the audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner. Monitor and manage online conversations, addressing both positive and negative sentiment effectively.Performance Analysis and


Regularly analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to optimize future campaigns.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and cultivate partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and relevant organizations to expand the brand's reach, credibility and drive key social media KPIs.
Responsible for achieving SoMe KPIs of the BrandReaching SoMe KPIs of the brand:
Making sure that the strategy, content plan and all SoMe activities are contributing the KPI growth and brand development.


Profound experience in social media management and content strategy development.
Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter) and their functionalities.
Creativity and ability to create unique content for social networks.
Team player with highly developed leadership and managerial skills.
Knowledge and experience of performing social media analytics and relevant reporting. Working on international brands is considered as an advantage.
Fluent English language with experience in writing in English
