As a PR Manager on our Marketing and Business Development team, you’ll be responsible for cultivating relationships with our potential clients and following audience, looking for opportunities to work with promising modern industries (Web3.0, FinTech, HealthTech, etc.)

Hello! We're Mindset Design Studio with strong focus on experiments. We build far-out digital products to help fast-growing businesses become leaders and provide best-in-class user experience.

More than 6 years ago we started as Pragmatica design studio in CIS market. During this time, we have managed to develop from a local web studio to one of the leading studios in the market. Now we design interfaces, support marketing communications and create brand design for digital products. Our portfolio includes clients such as Skyeng, Tinkoff, Yandex.

Now we are in stage of active growth of our international unit and develop brand-new studio Mindset with all the experience we have. Based in Cyprus, we’re looking for scale our opportunities worldwide.

As part of our team, you will do:

Social media management: development of social media content in collaboration with designers, processing messages, communicating with followers. Platforms include Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Copywriting skills. Ability to write articles (blog on Medium, longreads for media), work with copywriters.
Launch of targeted advertising on LinkedIn and Instagram.
Maintenance and filling of designer profile platforms - Behance, Dribbble, Product Hunt, Figma Community.
Ability to pitch articles and projects to various media.
Make collaborations with various digital influencers for our marketing campaigns.
Participate in the work on special projects, similar to Zoom concept.
Engage in content distribution and advertising procurement on various platforms.

We are looking for an expert who has:

Mandatory proficiency in English at B1/B2 level.
Use our accumulated base of journalists, editors, and specialists who will be useful to us.
Ability to work with creative and designers.
