Community growth manager (Web3)

We are looking for a tech-oriented, well-networked Growth Partnership Manager who understands the elements of business development and is always down to connect with the web3 crowd.

We are reinventing the way to discover jobs in web3. In just a few weeks, we're launching a brand new networking platform that will simplify every step of the recruitment process in the web3 world. Our product is a perfect blend of referral hiring best practices and top employer branding. We're assembling a global team of ambitious, open-minded, intelligent people to create a product with a real impact.

The team is the best part of HUMANS. We are a small and tight-knit team of 9 and have built successful products in hr-tech and ed-tech before. We are addicted to building the future of work for humans.
We are looking for a tech-oriented, well-networked Growth Partnership Manager who understands the elements of business development and is always down to connect with the web3 crowd. Your target group is driven by networking machines called hunters, who have the resources to attract the best talents to tech companies. Do you like the sound of it? Sure hope so.

Responsibilities:

  • Attract potential customers, the hunters, to the platform by diving deep into the network, using your sales skills, and converting relevant community members into registered users;
  • Assist the hunters throughout their user experience, share feedback based on their performance, answer questions about the product, and help them thrive on the platform;
  • Understand, define, and adjust the company's value proposition for both markets and users, as well as ecosystem partners;
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and HR departments to implement and execute initiatives that drive user and platform growth;
  • Take ownership of post-partnership execution and partner success;
  • Manage our community growth (Discord, Reddit, Twitter) by helping to build a sense of community, generating excitement for significant announcements, hosting online events, and tracking community sentiment;
  • Take part in product development by analyzing communities’ feedback together with the marketing team, improve the user experience;
  • Be ready (and excited) to conduct b2b sales among product users;

We expect you have:

  • A thorough understanding of marketing, marketing analytics, and digital advertising;
  • A business and growth mindset;
  • Experience in extracting value from data and using this to optimize a company's forecast;
  • A knack for sales: you won’t have to pick up a phone and call the database, but you have to be able to successfully close deals with community members;
  • Fluency in English and a background at IT/product companies is a must;
  • A deep love for communicating: we're looking for someone who knows how to connect the dots and create a sense of community from thin air;
  • A well-liked personality (just like the rest of us 😉);
